Αεροπορική τραγωδία συνέβη το βράδυ της Τρίτης (20/10) στη Γαλλία, όταν μαχητικό αεροσκάφος τύπου Mirage 2000D συνετρίβη κοντά στο χωριό Ροζεβίλ, ενώ επέστρεφε από επιχειρησιακή αποστολή.
Στο διθέσιο αεροσκάφος, το οποίο ανήκε στη στρατιωτική αεροπορική βάση Νανσί-Οσέ, επέβαιναν δύο χειριστές Μέχρι στιγμής έχει εντοπιστεί η σορός του ενός μέλους του πληρώματος, ενώ οι επιχειρήσεις έρευνας και διάσωσης για τον εντοπισμό του δεύτερου χειριστή βρίσκονται σε πλήρη εξέλιξη.
Για τη διακρίβωση των αιτίων και των συνθηκών του δυστυχήματος έχουν ήδη ξεκινήσει αεροπορική και δικαστική έρευνα.

One body has been recovered overnight, but the identification is still pending, with the search continuing for the second crew member.
The aircraft involved in the incident was assigned to the Fighter Squadron 2/3 Champagne, stationed at Nancy-Ochey Air Base (Air Base 133) near Neuves-Maisons.
The causes of the accident have not yet been established, with security and judicial investigations launched to determine the circumstances of the event.
The Mirage 2000D is a two-seat combat aircraft of the French Air and Space Force, specializing in ground attack missions. Designed to operate day and night, it is used in conventional air operations and power projection missions.
